How do we get in touch?
As a small start up wine business there are currently a grand total of two of us on the staff, Matt and Phil, the founders. You might have seen us on the homepage. We’re both equally capable of dealing with any query or concern you may have so please don’t hesitate to get in touch directly by emailing hello@bottlwine.co.uk or using the chat function on the website. If you’d rather scroll down below we’ve listed a few answers to some common questions.
How long is a BOTTL subscription?
Once you taste the wine we hope forever but really it’s as long as you like. You can delay or cancel at anytime.
Will I always get the same wine?
We have three subscriptions to suit your needs, read more about them above. Our BOTTL list changes regularly but you can always BOTTL bank your favourites.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free at BOTTL. All our subscriptions and gift boxes are delivered at no extra cost.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to all parts of the UK however deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take more time.
Can I check the status of my delivery?
Our delivery partner is DHL who will have sent you an email shortly after your box has been shipped. There should be a link in the email to track your delivery, however if not, please follow this link and enter your shipment number, which should be on that email or have been sent via text message.
What is your COVID-19 protocol?
We test regularly before sending wine out and our wine is kept in a storage unit only accessible to us. Our delivery partners DHL have their own protocol which can be found here.
What if there is a problem with my wine?
If your wine is corked or you think you’ve been sent the wrong bottle please get in touch with us via email at hello@bottlwine.co.uk and we will rectify the situation as swiftly as possible.
