It’s WHITE. It’s RICH. It’s SUPERB…
The Valpolicella area in the north east of Italy is best known for its red wine but this is a sublime expression of what white grapes can do here too. The grape locally known as Turbiana but more widely known as Trebbiano is grown in clay soils here that give a refreshing acidity. Aged both in stainless steel and in the bottle, this wine has an unmistakable elegance whilst full of the flavours you’d expect from a rich italian white: pear, apricot and almond.
