Now we’re talking. An organic Provence rosé that’s equally at home on the dinner table as it is in the park on a hot summer’s day. The ‘Chateau’, as this is called, is L’Escarelle’s oldest wine and the purest expression of their terroir. A short maceration (the amount of time the skins are on the juice) gives it that quintessential Provence paleness. It is made to be drunk young and to be honest with a mix of fresh red fruit and blood orange flavours plus juicy acidity, this is so insatiable that drinking it early is not going to be a problem!
