It’s SPARKLING, it’s FRESH, it’s SUPERB…
Champagne – enough said really! But to add a little context this is made with just chardonnay grapes and as the vines are grown in the southern realms of Champagne, they benefit from similar soils to Chablis. Thus the champagne has notes of orchard fruit, white flowers and little touch of pineapple, all brought together by delicate bubbles and a toasty finish. The champagne house only make around 5000 bottles of this so not only is it sumptuous, it’s also very unique.
