Grown in the southern-most region of Rias Baixas on the banks of the Minho River which marks the border between Spain and Portugal, this delicious wine combines the renowned Albariño grape with the Loureiro grape, found more typically in Portugal (a literal stones throw from the vineyard). It is a requirement of the Rosal appellation to blend the Portuguese grape in all wines from this region and boy does it work. A beautiful specimen bursting with aromas of crisp apple, pear, lime and lemon verbena with a minerality and salinity on the palate inherited from the Atlantic breeze and limestone soils. Perfect with seafood.
