It’s WHITE. It’s JUICY. It’s SUPERB…
The name Sentidiño is taken from the Galician to mean ‘common sense’ – a word fisherman use in this part of Northern Spain when referring to their attitude to the wild waves of the Atlantic, an attitude that ensures they stay safe and receive a well earned glass of this world renowned wine on reaching harbour. One of the vineyards is in fact only 5km from the ocean so whilst the albarino grape, with its thick skin and late ripening, develops beautiful white peach and zesty grapefruit flavours the Atlantic breeze also brings freshness and salinity that makes it an irresistible glass of wine to be enjoyed when just home from work or amongst friends.
If you’re a fan of our Vinho Verde and the freshness that brings but are looking for something with a little more structure, body and weight that retains the vibrant flavours then this is your wine. It is grown just across the border from where our Vinho Verde is harvested. Enjoy with seafood or on its own.
