In Vouvray, only Chenin Blanc grows. Well when you do something as sensationally as this, why change? The ‘sec’ on the label means dry (ok you all speak French, sorry!) but watch out for other Vouvrays that can be demi-sec meaning slightly sweet. We’re keeping it dry here though, delivering depth with exquisite and racy freshness all at once.
